VICENTE BILANGEL, REE, RME, MPA, PHD
CEO / Pres
Vic is a Registered Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician, the President and CEO of B+B Construction and General Services Inc., a government and private industry contractor that completed a wide range of projects from hotels, hospitals, airports, and government infrastructure projects. A former instructor of Electrical Engineering subjects, recently he is mentor of CCP BSEE student on renewable energy. He is currently managing solar power company, property development, trucking services, retail and F&B industry owning a number of bars and restaurants.
DR. PABLITO T. VILLARIN, MBA, PHD

Dr. Lito Villarin is a seasoned pilot and businessman, a former executive director of Urban Bank, former Senior Board Member and Acting Vice Governor of Laguna, flight instructor, and reserve officer of the PAF with the rank of LTC. He is a multi-awarded Most Outstanding Worshipful Master, Past Worshipful Master, and Past District Grand Lecturer of the Free and Accepted Masons of the Republic of the Philippines, Charter President of RC Alabang Corporate Center, and has gained multiple awards as a member of Lions Club, Jaycees, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles (TFOE-PE).
He is currently managing the operations of Philippians International Port, mining, real estate development, beach resorts, international trading, and recovery of heritage assets.
FEDERICO F. REMO, MBA
Financial Consultant
Freddie is a development and investment banker having more than 35 years in banking and finance, a former financial consultant of LRTA, DBP Bank officer, a full scholar of DBP for Development Banking course and a recipient commendation award of DF, EPZA, a former executive vice president of PHILEXIM, Planters Development Bank, Stateland Investment Corporation, Bear Stearns State Asia and Bear Stearns in New York, USA.
Freddie earned his BSBA degree from University of the East and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Manila. He is currently the financial consultant of B+B Construction and other business operations such as LPG project, transportation, mining, hospital and medical center, shipping/ro-ro.
Freddie is also an active member of Andres Bonifacio Lodge 199 of Free and Accepted Masons of the Republic of the Philippines.
CAPT. DANTE C. GO, PHD, J.D.

Dr. Dante Bo is a seasoned Maritime Management Consultant, Technical Consultant of MARINA, Professor, Management System Auditor, and businessman. A reserve naval officer with the rank of Commodore, Dr. Dante Bo is also an active member of Saint Germain Lodge 517 of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines.
Dr. Dante Bo earned his Bachelor of Law from UNEP, PhD in Maritime Education Major in Shipping Management, Master of Arts in Maritime Education and Training, Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation at PMMA, and Electronic Communication Engineering at MIT. He is also an adviser of MIMAROPA for maritime matters.
